I know I didn’t do a newsletter last month. There was no particular reason other than I had a rough month and by the time I had time, it was already like a week or two in and I felt too embarrassed to do it. If you have not done it, please do the June Survey.

This survey only has like 50 people who have done it to date. It does affect my future release schedule, and I do care what people think. I also have a coupon giving away one of two books, either Coitus Exchange or the first volume of My Dungeon Life. Let’s get on with it.

I will be off the next week as I always do, but I will try to use that time to be ahead a week so releases are a bit more stable. I also hope I can get some of the sponsor stuff done.

Announcements

*I Reincarnated as a single-celled Bacteria is currently still releasing. Unfortunately, its release schedule is wonky. It’s like every 80 hours or something. I don’t know, Light Novel has them ahead by like seven chapters but there continue to be issues with the schedule randomly changing. It’s honestly tough working with them.

*Most of the eBooks have been restored. If there is still one missing, let me know and I’ll try to get it back up for you. Tales of a Seductress and Enchantress I will try to get up this month. It’s just been kind of hectic lately.

I have had no air conditioning and we were hit with a heat wave. I wanted to replace the unit, but apparently, the drainage broke and was emptying to the side of our house, flooding the area. We got that resolved, but still don’t have functional drainage, because the sellers lied to us and the drain doesn’t even drain into the sewer system. Anyway, long story short, we still don’t have air conditioning, and we also don’t have a functional sink.

*I switched from Getting Lucky to Demon’s World. I just need a break from Getting Lucky for a while. I will continue Demon’s World for a month or two.

*Okay, the guy who has been working on my site had a disaster a few weeks ago, so all of his projects got put on hold. He says he’s ready to come back, but we’ll see. The projects have been taking a bit longer than I had hoped, but here’s what you can look forward to:

 a) The discord bot which will be a return of announcements. We’ll have two bots for a while, but the aim is for this bot to replace the other. You might be able to see he’s been testing things. When it’s done, the #discussion pages should swap comments with my website, so if you post on the discussion tab of a book, it will post on Discord, and vice versa, bridging the communities. We attempted to just put Discord on my site, but all of the options we explored were blocked by overpriced paywalls.

b) Effects you less, but the next thing he’s going to work on is going to help me release eBooks again. All you need to know that.  

c) Hopefully improving the visibility of the book lists. Changing the “older posts” to show more and fixing the weird issues with some of the books not showing their properly indexed latest chapter.

D) Then, we’d work on the sponsor button. Sorry, it’s so far down on the list, but… what are you gonna do?

*Patreon and Subscribestar, I’ll once again say, should be resolved. The final solution, if you are having issues, is to create a new account on my site. If you want to keep whatever email or name you picked, I can delete your old account, but simply put, those ported-over accounts from before I did my website do not work properly with the sync buttons, so the best option is to start fresh.

*Only 10 people are doing Premium Polls lately… If there was ever a time a vote would count, it’d be these days. I didn’t even do a poll last period because I was hoping to get more votes. Hmmm… PS. A new poll is up for last month, so if you Premium, go for it!

*I’d like to increase the chapters I write… at least bringing back the 4 different chapters once a month. It makes me feel like I’d accomplish a lot more. I need the support to justify it though, so if you think donating isn’t doing anything, believe me, it is.

*I’ve started to release several books on Webnovel. You’re welcome to check them out there. It’s nothing new, just the ones I already release elsewhere.
