“It’s very simple. It’s called the buddy-buddy system.” I explained calmly. “There are six of you, and I happen to have five current employees. You will each be given to one of my girls. Then, you will follow her the entire day as she works. You will watch everything she does, and assist at her discretion. You twins will have to share your mentor.”

“Sir?” Bridgette raised her hand.

“Yes? The short one in the back.”

“Ah, when you say we’re with them all day, don’t they also… perform over here?”

“They provide a service, and yes, you will attend the service.”

“Y-you said we wouldn’t be forced to sleep with anyone!” Anna squeaked.

“You won’t. However, you will be shadowing them in whatever tasks they do, and that will include every service they provide. This is non-negotiable.”

“Um, Mr. Sir?” Bridgette raised her hand again.

I let out a sigh. “Yes?”

“Can we pick who we train with?”

“Quite the opposite. They will be allowed to pick you.” I finished. “Now… go away, we have things to discuss.”

I made a shushing motion, and the six girls scattered. Marina resisted at first but finally left. When it was just back to the core team, I glanced at them.

“You may use them as your assistants. Keep them motivated. Tell them how wonderful your job is… what is it, Daphne?” As I spoke, Daphne was making noises of disapproval.

“What the fuck is this? When you said you were going to train them, I was expecting something a bit funner… like something with whips and chains.” Daphne glared. “Aren’t you just dumping all the responsibility for training them on us?”

“I’ll get to see who has the best training method.” I shrugged. “If the girls have someone they can look up to, they’ll be more easily led down the path of deprav- ahem, become model employees. I can’t be sympathetic and their employer, so it has to be you.”

“Like a bastard like you would ever be sympathetic!” She snorted.

“Alleya?”

“Geh!” Alleya punched Daphne in the stomach, causing her to collapse to the floor as she threw up.

“Thank you, Alleya.”

“She’s not wrong though,” Diana spoke up. “You’re offering them no incentive to do a good job. I’d just Mother or Alleya perhaps to train, although they’d use radically different methods, but will Luna and Daphne be able to properly train someone?”

“Don’t forget, you’ll be training someone too.”

“Then you’d need to come up with something.”

“Something?” I frowned. “Do you mean, like a bonus?”

Her eyes flashed. “A bonus sounds right.

“Alright,” I nodded, looking at the girls. “The first one of you who gets one of them to work on a john on the floor will get a bonus. Ten dragons.”

This caused all of the girls to perk up a bit. Ten dragons would be about a month’s pay for them normally without the cost of rental. Although Elizabeth earned a bit more and Luna earned a bit less due to services provided and popularity. It was still a generous offering.

“Ten dragons is good.” Diana nodded. “However, how about a five-dragon bonus for second place and a single dragon as a general recruitment bonus? This can remain the standard for the hiring of any new girls. If you recommend someone who comes to work in the brothel, you earn an additional dragon a week for training a recruit by choice, and a dragon upon her first Jon.”

Diana was coming along nicely. These perks felt like they came right out of a capitalist handbook. I nodded.

“That sounds fine. You can take care of it.”

“In the meantime, since this first round of training is compulsory, perhaps an additional reward to sweeten the pot would be necessary?” Diana’s eyes flashed mysteriously.

“What do you have in mind?” I asked cautiously.

“Very simple. The first girl to succeed in bringing a recruit to her first Jon will spend their next Sunday off with Master.”

All the girls were suddenly paying attention, but I couldn’t help but frown. “I’m not sure I understand. How is that an award?”

“Well…” Diana’s eyes twinkled. “You could dress up nicely, and then perhaps do some activities with the winner, and go out the eat, something like a picnic or a restaurant?”

“I don’t think I get-“

“We’ll do it!” Elizabeth cried out in an unexpected outburst before blushing. “Ahem, we will do it.”

I looked at the other girls.

“Hmph, I didn’t say I wouldn’t.” Daphne shrugged.

Alleya blushed slightly. “A little competition never hurt anyone.”

Luna was just nodding her head, her tail wagging and her ears flopping.

I shrugged. “Alright, if you got them spreading their legs by the end of the week, I’ll take the winner out.”

Sometimes, I couldn’t even guess why the system leveled. At the moment, all I had done was bribe the girls to do their work properly. I couldn’t help but shrug.

“Alright!” Diana declared. “I’ll take Crystal. I think she has the assets to be a good barmaid.”

“I guess I’ll take Bridgette, since we’re working with the same assets, it’ll be easier that way.”

“Haha, you dumbasses!” Daphne laughed. “I’m gonna take the twins. If I get either one of them to perform, I win! That’s double my chances!”

“Not necessarily.” Elizabeth sighed. “It’ll be two-on-one. If one of them is resistant, the other might be. They will likely stand or fall together, so you have to convince both of them to submit.”

“Eh? Never mind then, I’ll take the black girl. She looks like a freak in the sheets.”

“Luna, if you don’t mind taking the twins, I’ll help you out a bit by influencing their mood.” Elizabeth smiled gently. “I have special plans for Marina, so I would like to select her.”

“Wait a second, that’s right!” Alleya looked up with an alarmed expression. “She can mess with people’s minds. That gives her an unfair advantage!”

“That’s right!” Daphne gasped. “You could just turn her into a slut!”

Elizabeth let out a soft sigh. “It doesn’t work that way. I can only read minds and influence emotions. I can’t change people’s minds.”

“You could make them horny!” Daphne declared. “Then they’d be gobbling dick in no time.”

“Not everyone is a slut like you.” Alleya snorted. “Otherwise, every horny wife would have cheated on her husband.”

“Are you saying they didn’t?” Daphne sneered. “Back when men were around, I bet women fucked around on them all the time. Isn’t that right, Lizzy? I bet Diana is someone else’s baby, do-“

She was speaking casually, but Elizabeth suddenly gave her a death glare. She was usually calm and wore a smile, so to see her look that way immediately caused Daphne to shut her mouth.

“My husband was a good man. There are only two men in my life that I’ve ever loved. I would never do anything with another man I wasn’t asked to.” She declared, her lips quivering, and her eyes wet.

“Ah… I-I didn’t mean it.” Daphne looked a bit guilty for once. “Whatever, it’s not like Marina is an easy fish to fuck anyway. Use your powers however you want.”

“I naturally have been using them on all the girls since they arrived.” Elizabeth finally broke eye contact with Daphne, causing her to take in a breath. “I wasn’t even able to keep more than half of them from fleeing, so you can see how useful my abilities truly are.”

She turned and walked away without another word, heading into the back room where the other girls had scampered. I wanted to follow her, but given what I knew about her daughter, it felt too awkward to talk to her in that moment.

“Jeese, who knew that was a soft spot for Lizzy. She’s always so tough.” Daphne muttered.

Alleya crossed her arms, glancing at the other woman. “I’m not going to touch you tonight.”

“Huh?” Daphne blinked as Alleya spun away and walked off, following after Elizabeth. “Wh-what does that mean? Oi! What the hell?”

She followed Alleya while trying to nag her. Luna watched them all go, and then shrugged, following behind. I stopped her.

“Wait a moment.” I smiled. “Before you go, I have a bit of an experiment I want to try out with you.”
