My Boss and I - My Boss and I – Chapter 13-14

Chapter 13
I was at the familiar bar, but things looked very different on the other side. Instead of a lone wolf out on the prowl, looking for a woman I could separate from the heard, I was now part of the heard, a group of four women all drunk and chatting loudly at their table while frustrated men shot us looks. The girls all seemed to be able to ignore it and joke around freely, but I was all too aware that every guy there wouldn’t hesitate to bang any one of us, and that had nothing to do with attractiveness. They may come to regret it come the morning, but they would still stick their dicks in just about anything. I could personally vouch for that being the truth.
“You’re not saying very much, Jordan. why don’t you loosen up?” Jewel asked.
I was out with Jewel and two other female coworkers. Becky wasn’t there, as she was too young to drink. At first, I had just wanted to snoop in and see what they had to say. Only after I had gotten here did I realize how awkward it would be interacting with a bunch of middle-aged co-workers I didn’t like that much. Everything they talked about was exceptionally boring. I felt like banging my head against a wall after listening to them prattle for even a few minutes. Still, I was capable of faking it when necessary, especially since I had already drunk half a beer. I gave my best smile, but before I could say anything, the girls started chatting again.
“I can’t get used to her having the same name as our boss.” A skinnier black woman complained.
“Who’d ever call him by his first name?” A plump white woman added.
They were employees, and they had even introduced themselves to me a short while ago, but I had already forgotten their names. Except to fill out their pay stub, I never had to deal with their names anyway. They might as well be girl 1 and girl 2. I only remembered Jewel’s name because she was on my ass all of the time.
“I wouldn’t even call him by his last name,” Jewel responded distastefully. “Just call him an asshole. That’s what I do.”
“Jewel!” The white girl admonished her while the black girl broke into laughter.
I fought the frown trying to form on my face, speaking with teeth that were more clenched than I would have liked. “Is he so bad?”
The three women looked at me with stunned eyes, like I had just asked if Nazi’s were that bad. However, Jewel recovered first and gave a flippant wave of her hand.
“I’m sure he has his positives. Lord knows Mr. Conner sees something in him worth holding onto. I’ve only found him to be a detestable man. He puts the store over his employees every time.”
“Without the store, you wouldn’t be employees.” I shot back before I could stop myself.
She blinked, and then let out a laugh. “That sounds just like him! Well, except you have a much cuter face.”
I found myself subconsciously reaching up to touch my face, which only caused the three girls to break into further laughter. Jewel waved for another round of drinks, but the waiter had already brought one which he suddenly placed in front of me.
“What’s this about? I didn’t order it.” I asked in surprise.
It was a strawberry daiquiri. I didn’t drink fruity drinks like this when I was out. Two of the girls here were drinking some kind of iced drink, but I had a beer. Jewel did as well, so I didn’t look strange with my tastes.
“The gentlemen over there asked me to send it over.”
“Ah… I see…”
“Oh my…”
“He’s kind of cute.”
A guy was sitting at the bar. He had dark hair and dark eyes. He wasn’t extremely muscular, but he wasn’t fat either. I gave him a wave and a smile.
“What are you doing?” Jewel hissed at me.
“What? I’m just acknowledging the drink and thanking him?’
“If you show him any sign, you’re telling him you’re interested. Now, he’s going to come over here and try to spend the rest of the night getting down your pants.”
This time, I laughed. “Don’t be ridiculo-“
“Hello?” A husky voice spoke right next to our table. “My name is Denis. What’s yours?”
“us…” I finished, my shoulders dropping.
Chapter 14
I got jabbed with an elbow before I found my capacity to speak again. “Ah… hi… Jordan.”
Jewel gave me another hidden look, using her glass so he didn’t see her face. It looked stern. What? Was I supposed to give him a fake name? I had been a girl for barely a day now. I’m sorry if I didn’t know all the etiquette. Either way, this guy was barking up the wrong tree. After all, I’m really a man. He wasn’t going to get anywhere with me.
“Hey, I need to use the restroom, join me?” The white girl suddenly said.
“Ah, yeah.”
“Good luck…” Jewel gave me one last worried look, but all three girls suddenly got up and left the table.
Did I do something wrong? Did he do something wrong? I was really confused. One second, I was surrounded by women, the next moment I was alone at the table with this strange guy while the three girls all ran off. He didn’t seem to mind at all and took the seat across from me without question. I started feeling irritated. I was just drinking with the girls and suddenly this guy was hitting on me. I wasn’t stupid, I got the irony of it all. I was that guy, haha, whatever.
“What are you drinking?” He asked, looking at the empty glass I was holding in my hand.
“Guinness.”
“Dark.”
“Not really.”
“So, you’re a girl who likes beer, huh?”
“I guess?”
I was growing more irritated, but he made a gesture, and suddenly a pitcher of Guinness was placed on the table.
“Ah… this…” I made a noise.
“Don’t worry, I’m paying.” He grabbed the pitcher and filled up my glass.
“Oh…” I suddenly didn’t feel so bad.
As long as he was paying, it was fine, right? I mean, I had no interest in him. It wasn’t going to happen in a million years. So, he could pay for all my drinks, and then I could just have a good time. Taking a sip, the annoyance I was initially feeling started to melt away. He kept asking me questions, and I answered when I felt I could. Naturally, I couldn’t be my regular self completely, but I could spin a good enough story. As I said, I was good at idle chatter. Meanwhile, I got him to buy me a steak and even onion rings. This bar had good food, but it was notoriously expensive, so I didn’t usually go for the extravagance.
“You really can eat.”
“Haha… you have no idea.”
This wasn’t even my body, so what did I care? In two months, I’d be back in my old body. Admittedly, that body wasn’t the healthiest, but I was determined to enjoy this body for every ounce it was worth.
Overall, it was fun, and the girls didn’t come back from their bathroom. I don’t know if they left the bar or were just somewhere else where I couldn’t see them. Since this guy, what was his name again? Ah, whoever he was, paid for everything, I wasn’t even really mad. The only downer was that he talked a lot and asked a lot of questions.
“I feel women have the right to make just as much as men.”
“Oh, please… they already do!” I waved my hand. “That 70% crap is just a myth, spread by lazy women who want to do 70% of the work! I mean, think about it. Babies. For 1 week a month women have cramping, right? That means for 25% of their work time, they are physically handicapped. That’s a fact.”
I shoved a bunch of onion rings in my mouth and chewed and talked at the same time. “And I’m not saying anything against the handicapped, but when you’re running a business, do you hire someone that can do 100% of the job or someone who can only handle 75% of the job? Anything else is just charity.”
Surprisingly, he nodded and smiled as I explained these things. Even though he was acting all SJW, he was listening to what I was saying. It was kind of nice. I kept drinking as we talked. Soon, the night started to get blurry.
I woke up the next morning. An alarm was going off. I had a splitting headache, and I felt a bit of soreness in my crotch. I reached out to hit the alarm, but my hand missed. Looking over, I realized my alarm wasn’t where it should have been. That’s when I realized that I wasn’t in my bedroom. I sat up, only to feel nausea that almost made me vomit. Then my eyes fell on the hairy ass of a guy lying next to me. He was snoring, and completely naked. Worse, so was I!
