Max was a likeable guy. He had countless friends, and many among them were women. Other guys thought Max was lucky to be surrounded by so many beautiful women. Yet, a friend is as far as it would seem to go. He had been friend zoned by every girl, including his crush. Yet, in a world where the battle between devils and heroes is real, Max is approached with the chance to change his fate. With the help of his new devil patron, Max might finally leave the friend zone, and take a harem of girls with him.

Warning: Hey guys, this story has been on, and still is, in the concept chapters novel. A lot of people like and want to see more of this story… but I got to be honest… I didn’t really like the direction it was going. I think the power I picked was a bad fit and ultimately the direction the story went wasn’t what I wanted from the moment he met the bartender elf.

Now, here is the good news. I think I got what I do like. This involves yet another rewrite. Chapter 1 pretty much remains unchanged. Chapter 2 will be heavily edited, and it will diverge from the og story from there. I feel a lot better about this direction for the story, and I hope you’ll like it better too. I’m combining a lot of ideas I originally wanted for Hellbound, but since Friend Zone seems to attract more interest, I’m gonna use those ideas for this story. For anyone who had a passing interest in Hellbound, this story will play out using similar ideas.
