Laughs in literal monkeys paw, there are going to be some unforseen consequences, also I get the feeling this is only temporary and the Fountain might dry up the moment someone will try to take it, also great way to lead into that one particular conundrum Satan was talking about, one of the luck trades tha might be the reason for his originally abyssmal luck, although Mal said he allready was glitched before (probably being a 0), Reggie said Satan cant “lie” so what exactly is the “truth”, was it malicious? Or a inocent childhood screw up?
