This explanation of how the perko mods work is completely different from how it was explained previously. Previously the overclocking mod was placed in between the mod you wanted to overclock, and the perko device so it never took an additional slot. There was a mod that contained the ai Cecilia(which keeps having her name changed lately). Lilith coughed it up after he survived the implosion bomb incident with ascension. The second one. He plugged it in and found it contained it and wanted to unplug it immediately after it spoke. I can’t comment on the lightning spell, but I don’t recall the perko hazel had on having a mod, it would have been announced at the auction to increase its sale price. So we have been led to believe that the spells do not take up a mod for themselves. He also never needed a mod for his world travel spell that he has been using. I hope this gets fixed in the future, but I do not think it will 🤦♂️😞
