I think this chapter is skipping somewhere the first part is the end of the last part. Then the middle Hope sees Cal and she thinks he is the one who is doing this then it just jumps to Deses being the big bad. On a different note I wonder if how Hope is going to react as I’m assuming either she is remembering all of this or she is seeing this do to her and Deek being connected as I assume she is trying to heal his soul by using hers. How will she feel about Deek and his true origins will Deek now hate his name and loathe his own birth. Will Hope regret naming him that. Next volume is going to be crazy.
