My Dungeon Life – Chapter 1752-1754
Chapter 1752
Earlier that day while I was in the shopping mall before I had managed to sneak away and look for the dress rings, Lydia had nervously grabbed me and dragged me to a corner to speak to me quietly. Lydia had been raised to be a sex slave. When it was her first time, Lydia could still act a little shy, but as she grew comfortable with her place, her training kicked in and she was the least repressed and most sexually explicit of any of my girls. It was her sexual freedom and honesty over anything else that caused all of the other girls to defer to her.
She wouldn’t hide her true feelings, and she wouldn’t cheat other girls out of theirs. Her fairness and concern for everyone who loved Deek and her unflinching loyalty and wiliness to make the hard decisions were what had given her the undisputed role as the leader of the party after me. Thus, it was rather strange to see her being a bit nervous and reserved.
“What is it?” I had asked, slightly concerned, but still focused on other things.
“Can Master get me something?” Lydia asked, her eyes not meeting mine.
This cute shy side of her was something I rarely saw, so it caused me to react a bit strongly. “Anything you want!”
I came to regret those words as I found out how many things the girls wanted, but at that moment, I would have boughten her anything. What it turned out that Lydia had wanted was inside a strange enchantment shop. I perused the wares as Lydia shyly waited for the shopkeeper in the back to return to the counter. It was then that I started to get a sense that this wasn’t a normal type of enchantment shop.
Ring of Unity – Connected with the second pair, can always tell where each other are.
Necklace of Love – Imbued with your feelings.
Glove of Lust – Ribbed for her pleasure.
That last one was especially bad, but I quickly started to understand that these were items aimed at couples. In short, they were marital age magical artifacts! That was before I stumbled across the next table that contained mysteriously phallic-shaped artifacts of varying shapes and sizes, and then a table of the opposite and inverted variety. Even I blushed after seeing such things.
“Master! This place…” Alysia who usually remained quiet through even the most stimulating of situations had even noticed this place.
“Ah, you’re back. Is this the lucky man?” A person stepped out from the back room.
“Mm!” Lydia nodded. “This is Master! C-can you do it?”
“Huh? What are we doing?” I asked, realizing I had already agreed to anything.
“Of course, now, sir… if you wouldn’t mind, can you pull it out? Also, make sure it is stiff as can be.”
“Mm! I can do that!” Lydia declared excitedly.
“Wait, what?”
The result was that I had a caste of my lower regions turned into a certain item. I had to even give a drop of blood and it was this whole ceremony. It felt like a stuff-your-animal for adults. As for why Lydia wanted a replica of my lower region, I could have only guessed it was because of my current situation where we couldn’t do anything. She was a tigress, after all, and her sexual virality was over the top. In the end, I didn’t resist because I figured that I’d rather her use something my size than some oversized thing of a different shape.
Later, I also figured this was why there was confusion. Since such a thing as self-satisfaction was on their minds, they assumed I’d be doing such a thing. Unfortunately, Lydia wouldn’t be able to use her toy while we were there. No privacy could be obtained to do such a thing with the other girls in the room. However, all of the girls were leaving with me to the party. The only one that was left behind was Faeyna, who I had just teased a bit and was struggling with her desires.
I let her know about Lydia’s toy and permitted her to use it. Such a thorough toy might be the only toy she could use. Since elves tended imprint, I had heard sex was uncomfortable with anyone else. Yet, this item wasn’t just my shape, but it even had my mana signature on it. Such a thing felt like overkill to me, but if Faeyna could use such a thing, it might be worth it. As I said, given Lydia’s proclivities, she wouldn’t mind another girl using her toy, and if such a thing even eased one of my girls for a day, I considered it worth it. It was just a bit of harmless fun.
Chapter 1753
After being properly dressed my Faeyna, I left the hotel with a rather large group of women. They were all wearing the finest dresses, and they were colored and marked with my emblem. I had wanted the girls to be able to wear whatever they wanted that looked nice, but the girls had decided on wearing matching outfits. It gave me the impression that they were bride’s maids, but this type of livery was allegedly important.
In a country with ten lords vying for power, a houses’ established color could decide whose side every attendant was on. While I saw the girls as my equals, they were ultimately my slaves and little more than servants in the eyes of Jespain. It could already be considered a surprise that they were letting me bring everyone. Even in Aberis, I could only usually come with a selected few while everyone else stayed behind.
I knew that Lydia, Miki, Celeste, Terra, and Shao might be formidable in a dungeon, but they truly had no place in the courts. Sapphire wasn’t known for her manners. Carmine could at least manage with her training that bordered on knightly, and the same could be said about Bernice who was a lord and knight. Alysia was the only princess, but she was content not to get involved in such affairs. From the beginning, she had always rejected her place as a princess, preferring dungeon diving with a party over politics. Any other girl that might have been suited for the courts had been left in Chalm.
There were ten of us in all without Faeyna, the maids, or the lionesses, and not including Alysia. First came as my official guard, while the other girls were to be treated as mistresses, underlings, and servants. Such a retinue wasn’t as large as was generally expected according to Cici’s meticulous notes, as well as my limited experience with Aberis’s politics. Anne and Mary each brought four paladins with them, and the Esmere procession still only consisted of the three of them.
That ended up making it about twenty-three of us in all meeting in the lobby of the hotel. We were gathered into the horseless carriages which I had come to learn were called autocoach or just a coach for short. The coach drivers took us from our hotel through the city. The light was starting to diminish and various lighting had been turning on, giving the place a beauty similar to the cities of my world at night. Those who had never seen such a thing couldn’t help but make comments of excitement as they looked at it all.
In the back of my mind, I could only think of how much mana this was all using. Even in my city, oil was still used over light stones. These were light stones. One could easily tell by the mana they gave off, as well as the speed they were lit and the lack of flickering light. To be able to have such a rich supply of light, I had to imagine that these stones were similarly dungeon-bound.
While many dungeons were dark and cavernous, it wasn’t too difficult for them to create light, even without a light source. Some entire dungeons were completely lit without any indicator of a light source, and such a thing was just accepted. It was a feature, and while it used mana and made it easier for invaders, prompting most younger dungeons to avoid such a thing, larger dungeons like Dirage were known for the first floors being brightly lit and easy to explore for new coming dungeon divers, although it was also known that such a light could go out at a moment’s notice if the dungeon chose to turn on you.
In that respect, creating light stones in the same way as the country’s currency, things that could generate light as long as they were within a close range of the dungeon, would allow cities like this to maintain such comfort. Such a relationship felt a bit wrong though. Weren’t they depending a bit too much on the dungeon? What if that dungeon one day decided to turn on them? Such a thing could be disastrous.
Chapter 1754
We pulled up in front of the house of lords, which turned out to be a rather large building with sprawling steps leading up to a massive mansion. It was the size of a palace, but it had the hominess and architecture of a manor. This gave it a somewhat impressive yet intimidating feel. Of course, many of the girls looked on in awe as we left the autocoaches behind and climbed the steps.
I did my best to keep the girls in order. I had never really fretted over the etiquette before, so such things as remaining quiet and moving in an orderly fashion were things they were unused to. They had a habit of letting out a cry of surprise or even running off if they saw something they liked. The noisy procession was immediately getting looks from some of the other guests which were climbing the stairway in a more orderly and noble manner.
Once again, it wasn’t that I was embarrassed or ashamed. I was more worried about accidentally offending or causing an incident. This was a problem I had never considered before today, and it left me feeling a bit confused. I didn’t want to offend the girls, but this was a situation I was unused to. As much as I went around and called myself a lord, I had only ever been to a single gathering in Aberis, and that had been interrupted quickly when Tibult appeared and challenged me and my girls. That was the last time I had ever been in such a situation.
“Ladies.” First suddenly spoke up toward all of the girls. “When you are in a dungeon, would you act this way?”
“Hm?” Lydia blinked. “What do you mean?”
“Up these steps is a battleground for your Master. It may not feel like it to you, but this is a political battle, and acting as you are in the same thing as acting like that in a dungeon. You’d only be setting off traps and creating difficulties for my lord.”
“Ah!” Miki cried out.
“I don’t want Master to suffer.” Celeste cried.
“Master, why didn’t you say anything?” Shao looked tearfully in my direction.
I didn’t know what to say. I hadn’t considered wording things in such an easy-to-understand way. It turned out that First had her own experiences as the guard of a king. She must have noticed the struggle I was having and chose to speak up.
I cleared my throat and smiled at the girls. “Since you understand the situation then I trust you to follow my lead and act in a way that wouldn’t put any shame on me or Chalm.”
“Y-yes!”
“We will!”
The girls all moved into a less natural but more defensive formation, watching those around them warily, their minds more focused on their surroundings like an attack could come from any direction. It wasn’t quite what I had in mind, but they were quieter and made less of a scene this way. I left it at that and continued up the stairway.
“First… thank you.” I touched her shoulder and spoke quietly to her.
“M-my lord… this is nothing! I’m just doing my duty. Don’t think anything of it. It’s not because I’m always watching my lord… ah! I mean, I would never look at my lord without permission, unless my lord wanted me to look. I’d like to look because my lord is handsome… ah! N-no… that’s not it either!” First was red and speaking in a very loud voice as she grew completely flustered.
The scene she created ended up being just as bad as the scenes the other girls were creating.
