I suspect richard’s doing a deek in the abyss right now – he’s been through this whole show a few times already, fought deek across several timelines and come off worse each one,
what get sme every time stuff like this happens is deek doesn’t just ya know…call for help he’s got half a dozen means to communicate distress and he never does because that would lower the stakes or something, at the very least he can ask eliza to let those at home know and avoid two thirds of these kinds of problems

It’s funny he said he was able to forgive and forget but he really wasn’t if he was he probably wouldn’t be in this situation. Forgiving and forgetting means not picking a fight with or instigating the other group at ever turn even when they just asked simple questions. Had he truly forgiven and forgot and moved on he wouldn’t have been so angry at his cousin and sister and when they asked about not only this world and Deek he wouldn’t have been like they don’t deserve that information.
Less forgiving more ‘out of site out of mind’ he has tried to move on but that past keeps coming back. To be honest he initially tried not to have a issue but Dick was so pushy with the “assault the demonlord” which he knew was Deek; But rather than inform the class and others Dick was unwilling to move past blaming Deek for all his misfortunes which he himself created, sure did Deek ask out a pretty girl yeah but that doesn’t excuse the bully antics which developed a self loathing for an immature ability to handing his regrets which later cost him love and respect. Deek could have been a bit nicer handling his cousin and sis but when they stick up for the guy that literally made him feel so bad that when he ended up in this world he was hopeful for a chance of happiness for once I don’t blame him for feeling angry. While Penny, Sarah, and Hope have built a bit of understanding for Dick but to Deek its just seeing those he saw as family being close to the guy that made his life miserable and trauma is not easy to get over which Dick treats Deek the same even after the first greetings in this new world its back to square one.
Yeah, i feel like there is no resolving this situation other than one side musst either get the whole story straight or do a Nero and burn everything down to the ground.
Which probably would just spark a new Lore Thread and Dungeon formed from strong emotions and regrets, basically creating another Invading entity or “Hero” Linage
