Where can I file a claim? They’re charging me on the 13th. My membership starts on the 13th, but it expires on the 7th. 6 days don’t count. It’s been at least 2 months.
And just today I decided to deactivate the automatic payment option, I disable it and pay this month’s membership

I mean, I don’t even understand why you wouldn’t contact me. With the contact Us form at the top of the site. You’re lucky I even saw this. You cancelled recurring payment successfully and you have an active membership until end of month, so I’m not sure why you’re trying to “file a claim”. Over six days? A, that’s not how this works buddy, and B, Your original payment was on the 7th. Between January and February, your payment didn’t go through, and they charged you again 6 six days later. Thus, you gained six days you didn’t pay for while the credit was being recharged. This is why there is a six day discrepency between when you’re charged and when you pay. However, I’m fine extending your purchase six days, just making it clear everything worked the way it was intended on my side.
