It’s true that this was the first email I’ve sent regarding the issue, but I’ve posted about it several times through your works. Without an answer. Without a solution. Without a hint of interest. Thus, this conclusion.
Well, no comment in a random chapter of a book would be a means of sending a message to me any better than writing a review on a product on amazon is a way of contacting Amazon.com.
I checked your account and there is nothing wrong with it. You have full access to everything you’re supposed to have access to, you cancelled properly, and I see no reason you wouldn’t be able to access any chapter except…
This one. This chapter is a sponsored chapter. It doesn’t exist… hence, why it doesn’t show up on your ToC until the sponsor amount is reached. When reached, it becomes readable.
Now, if you were in the $15 tier, it’s true you could read in advance… but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a sponsor chapter. This chaptr would NOT EXIST if it wasn’t sponsored. In fact, if the sponsor system didn’t exist, we’d probably still be on chapter 35 or so. the sponsor system does benefit you whether you get to read that chapter earlier or not.
This was all explained in my newsletter among other places. So, from the best I can tell, you’re angry that I offered more for people, because you didn’t get all of it. Sorry to lose you as a member, but I can’t help you here.
Edit: I will add that a sponsor chapter is not the same thing as a scheduled release. Your membership includes all the releases. I can only write to my schedule. However, someone can rush a release by “sponsoring” a chapter. This is the difference. As I stated, sponsor chapters do NOT EXIST. They only exist as people pay for them to exist, they are like paying me for a custom extra chapter, or rushing a chapter release. They are not a part of your regular scheduled programing!!!
